Medior project manager
We are currently looking for a Medior Project Manager to further strengthen our team. In the position of Medior Project Manager you will be deployed on, and you will give further substance to, our fast-growing Project Management As A Service (PMAAS) service. Within PMAAS, companies outsource all or part of their project management to us (Outsourcing).

Junior Process Mining consultant
The function
Are you the person who sees it as a challenge to understand complex business issues? As a Junior Data Consultant at Marcadus you will work with appealing (international) companies and you will help to analyze and optimize business processes from a data-driven approach.
With the data team of Marcadus, we help customers who are going through the digital transformation. With the enormous amounts of data available, we provide support in solving business process issues. We do this with the help of process mining, in which the actual process is calculated and visualized. Marcadus has been a partner for many years with the market leader in this field Celonis.
In our projects we always look for the perfect mix between available technology in combination with our business administration experience, in order to achieve the right added value for the customer. Your development will therefore not only concern the axis of data and technology, but also the axis of consultancy skills and change methodologies.
You will initially carry out the assignments in collaboration with a senior consultant, who will provide you with coaching and guidance. The nature and duration of your assignments are very diverse, so that there is always enough challenge, but also the necessary guidance.
The work
Although the days will look varied, we have made an overview of what you can expect:
- You will mainly focus on implementing Process Mining at our customers.
- An implementation process starts with thorough preparation. Together with the customer, it will be determined which processes have the greatest potential and which insights are desired.
- The source systems will have to be linked with the Process Mining engine. Depending on the systems, we supply an existing solution here, or we opt for customization.
- When the data is available, the trick is to create powerful visualizations. This provides insight into processes and shows the most important KPIs that help the company as best as possible to make better decisions.
- You will be actively involved in the sales process. Think of preparing presentations and giving process mining demos.
- Even after the realization, you remain involved as an expert for the customer for aftercare. In this way you teach the customer to use process mining in the right way in, for example, lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
- The application possibilities of process mining and Celonis are enormous, for example in the field of RPA, predictive analytics and simulations. You will contribute to researching and actually realizing new possibilities. Sometimes this is in collaboration with Celonis, and sometimes we also make our own code in Python to get a result.
Profile
